LP Gas Cylinder Exchange – Tank Exchange

The first step for a tank wanting to receive the Par Gas name is to perform a pressure leak check on all tanks. Then once the tank has passed leak inspection, it is cleaned and revealed.

After the tanks are prepped, they move to the next step, which is painting. We strive to use only the best and safest paints available on the market, which is Sherman Williams (high grade, low cost Paints. Which is water soluble, which is safer for the environment.

Once painted, they are then filled with propane and inspected once again. They then are ready to receive the Par Gas sleeve of quality, finally they a loaded on a 350 ft. auto track system to air dry and are placed with all the necessary state required stickers. They are then placed on pallets and wrapped securely for shipment to your stores!
